By submitting an order form for a personalised guide you agree that the guide is only provided for educational purposes and the other disclaimers stated under 'Disclaimers' above. You accept that a personalised guide or consultation can only be provided on the information provided. Please provide all relevant details you can at time of booking and/or during a consultation. You understand that the invoice sent for a personalised guide booking is not an automated process and instead will be sent to you at our earliest convenience but may take up to 5 working days. Any delays in this (such as holidays) will be clearly stated on our website. You agree to an invoice for the amount required for your personal guide to be sent to the email address provided and that you will pay the sum required via the invoice at your earliest convenience. If you do not complete the invoice within one-month of being sent, your booking request will be viewed as null and void and a new booking request order form will need to be completed if you would still like to receive your personalised guide. You accept that you will not receive a guide until the invoice has been completed. You accept that as it is a personalised guide, this can take up to 2 weeks to be sent to you. You accept that Dr. Emma may contact you to request more detailed information about your dog before creating your personalised guide to provide you with the best and most accurate recommendations. Please respond to any such requests at your earliest convenience. If Dr. Emma has not heard from you within 5 working days, the guide will be created based on the information provided. You accept that in the unlikely event Dr. Emma is unable to help with your request or unable to provide a suitable personalised guide, a full refund will be given.
If you are not satisfied with the advice given during a personalised guide or consultation, you are entitled to a full refund 14 days after purchase and 14 days post receiving the personalised guide. Simply contact Dr. Emma using the contact form or email and she will be happy to refund you. You are not required to provide a reason for your refund, but any feedback on how we can improve would be greatly appreciated.
