Once you submit the form, I will email you regarding your request and an invoice will be sent to your email address provided at the earliest convenience. This will be sent via Paypal and you'll be able to pay using Paypal or any major credit/debit card.

Please complete the invoice as soon as possible. Your guide will not be sent to you or your consultation will not be booked until it is completed. You will only receive one reminder.
